Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. On Sundays, we are open from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept electronic transfers such as Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp, Apple Pay and Paypal. Credit Cards will be charged with a 3% Processing Fee.
Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?
A: We understand that last-minute emergencies sometimes pop up. However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule it. We require 48 hours of advance notice. Rescheduling/Cancellations less than 48 hours from appointment time or clients who do not show without notice will lose their $50 booking fee.
Q: How long do results last on the Permanent Services?
A: The work typically lasts up to two years and more with a 6-12 week touch up after the procedure. When you come for color/shape refreshers when needed, the work will last longer.
